I have found myself watching a whole lot of the Food Network these days, and my favorite shows have changed over the course of the last 5 or so months. First it was Iron Chef, and I actually think that my buddy, Chance had turned me onto this show when we were living in Austin. Then along comes Iron Chef America. And now, the house favorite has to be Good Eats, the show that Iron Chef America’s MC, Alton Brown produces, writes, and hosts.
